9TH March 2007 – Minutes

Hi all,

Some of the stuff we have discuss on 9th march 07 meeting.

Objective of our club

1. Support TP/MOE/NCC HQ/SAF events.
2. To promote an adventurous lifestyle in polytechnic students
3. To give non-uniform group students a feel of how NS and NCC life is like.

A glimpse of events we propose to do each semester.

1. CIP
2. Camp (leadership, adventure, boot camp, introduction camp)
3. Kayaking Skill Proficiency (e.g. 1star, 2 star)
4. Aero Modelling
5. Dragon boating
6. IMT
7. Sea and Land Expedition
8. National and Total Defence Parade

Course/Camp we wish to conduct for secondary school students will comprise mainly on leadership and adventure.

Purpose of TP NCC Room
1. As OPS room for events and camps
2. Our meeting room to coordinate events
3. Storage Room (for e.g. CIP newspaper collection)

If you all feel that there is more we want to do, do tag on the tag board your suggestion.

Disapointed 1st Meeting

Hi all,

Writhing in respond to today meeting attendance. There was only 3 CLT who was present at today meeting.

Maybe is because the news of the meeting was not properly spread all maybe because Friday is a training day that why attendance is low.

May i have your suggestion on when should our 2nd meeting be? Please tag your suggestion.

Cause i really need my fellow CLT support in getting the club running. As NO MAN IS AN ISLAND and seriously hope we can work well together to get the club up and running in APR 07.

TP NCC CLUB 1ST MEETING

Hi all,

Will be having our 1st TP NCC CLUB meeting and here are the details.

Date: 9th March 07
Venue: TP Mushroom
Time : 2pm

Agenda of Meeting
1. Coming up with our club proposal so that TP SAA will approve us as a CCA.
- objective of our club
- events which we want to do
- do we need a TP NCC ROOM in TP itself
- any many more to be discuss

2. Confirmation of our TP NCC Committee
(Please note year 3 CLT will be in the advisory committee)

3. Team Building Session - so that we get to know each other

4. Discussion on our TP NCC CCA DRIVE which is happening in APR 07
